On Saturday, we’'ll be visiting the National Army Museum and enjoy their latest exhibition called The art of persuasion: Wartime posters by Abram Games.
The exhibition explores the life and legacy of designer Abram Games, focusing on his time as 'Official War Poster Artist' during the Second World War. The exhibition examines the techniques he used to communicate his messages effectively to recruit, educate and influence soldiers and civilians alike. We’re sure we’ll then enjoy a discussion about brand vs. direct and how he merged them both beautifully.
We’ll be meeting at 11 AM at the museum.
What is Open Your Mind?
We bring in (or visit) people who work in industries outside of marketing, like a gallery owner or clean wastage plant manager, to open our minds and gain different insight which we can implement in our own fields.
